End of Year Celebration
West Herts College hosts its End Of Year Celebration for students and staff.
You can find a range of events happening in Watford this week, with evenings offering live music from established artists to emerging performers, plus comedy shows and opportunities to get outdoors. There’s a guided walk through Great Kingshill and the Hughenden Valley starting at 10am on Saturday, 6 June, and a live music performance at Watford Palace Theatre that blends rhythm, movement, and visual art. The venue is located just behind the Market, making it easily accessible by foot. You can also catch performances at the Palace Theatre, which has hosted events influenced by the town’s industrial past, including paper-making and brewing. For a different kind of evening, consider the Wednesday Comedy Show at Comedy Freaks or a stand-up show at Watford Colosseum. If you’re looking for something further afield, live music and comedy are available in London, reachable via the Metropolitan Line from Watford Junction station. Parking near popular spots like Namco Funscape and the Old Bus Depot Market can be limited, so using public transport is the best option. A short drive away, Cocos Stanmore hosts a daytime garage music event on 6 June. Don’t miss the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, though queues can be long.
